Dear Donors and Benefectors,


Greetings in the Lord from Bangladesh. I am Fr. Johnastine Pantra, OMI. I was ordained a Priest on December 10, 2021. At present I am serving in the Delegation house of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, Dhaka, Bangladesh.


I am very much grateful to you and to the Church in Need for granting the Mass Stipends for me and our Delegation. As priest, I am very much blessed to offer Holy Mass and to pray for our donors and benefactors.


I appreciate your support to the Church in needs and needy people all over the world and the priests. They all receive blessings from God through you.  I sincerely pray for you all donors and benefactors who are untiringly working and serving to the needy people and the priest.
Finally I extends my gratitude and a big thanks to you. I assure you to pray for your sound body and mind. May God always bless you and Mother Mary be with you. Wish you all the best!

Berufung des Manfreds

 Bruder Manfred Rümmele OMI  Klosterstr. 5 D-36058 Hünfeld manfred Poblaten.de, 06652-94360 Hier oben auf dem Scheibenackerköpfle stehe ich und schaue auf die 3 wichtigsten Punkte meines Lebens. 1) Ich stehe vor der Kapelle Maria Frieden und schaue nach rechts und sehe ein die Wiese und ein Stück meines Heimatdorfes Atzenbach. 2) Ich sehe in der Mitte unterhalb des Scheibenackerköpfles, Mambach dahinter verborgen Häg der Ursprung meiner Familie 3) Maria Frieden wo ich stehe. 41 Jahre bin ich nun schon im Kloster und damit von der Heimat weggezogen. Immer wieder zu den Wurzeln zurück ein paar Tage im Urlaub ist für mich wichtig. Meine Brüder zu besuchen die mit ihren Familien hier im Umkreis leben, außer einem im Hohen Norden. Das Grab der Eltern auf dem Häger Friedhof besuchen. In Häg sind auch die Wurzeln der Familie väterlicherseits. In und bei Maria Frieden zu verweilen ist mir sehr wichtig. Atzenbach, meine Familie, die Klassenkameraden und Freunde haben mich sehr geprägt....

Die Berufung des Johnastines

Die Berufung des Johnastine Pantras, OMI Familienhintergrund Mein Name ist Johnastine Pantra. Ich wurde am 28. September 1987 in Bangladesch geboren, im Dorf Sohagpur, das zur Pfarrei Andrew Kim Joljholia in der Diözese Mymensingh im Norden des Landes gehört. Mein Vater hieß Peter Nafak, meine Mutter Jorina Jacinta Pantra. Leider sind beide im August 2023 verstorben. Ich bin in einer Großfamilie aufgewachsen und habe fünf Schwestern und vier Brüder. Alle meine Schwestern sind verheiratet; einer meiner älteren Brüder ist noch unverheiratet. Zwei meiner Schwestern sind Hausfrauen, eine davon hat ihren Ehemann verloren. Eine weitere Schwester arbeitet bei Gazi Industries, eine ist Krankenschwester, und die jüngste ist Kosmetikerin und Friseurin. Einer meiner Brüder arbeitet in der Industrie, ein anderer lebt mit seiner eigenen Familie. Ich gehöre zur indigenen Volksgruppe der Garo in Bangladesch, die ein Matriarchales System pflegt.
